Responsibilities:

• Cook:
  • Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes according to recipes.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
  • Assist in menu planning and inventory management.
• Kitchen Helper:
  • Support the cook in food preparation and cooking.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas.
  • Help with stocking and organizing kitchen supplies.
  • Assist with dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a kitchen environment is preferred, especially in Indian cuisine.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
