Brillianz Education is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Kuwait. Responsibilities:
- Identify Business Opportunities: Research and discover new business prospects through cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Pitch and Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing our services and solutions.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform strategic business decisions.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales and revenue targets.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align strategies and enhance client offerings.
- Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue in the CRM system. Provide regular updates to senior management.
- Client Feedback: Collect and relay client feedback to the product development team for continuous improvement of services and products.
Qualifications:
- Educational Requirement: Any bachelor’s degree
- Experience: Minimum 1-year experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Age: Below 30 years
- Visa Status: Article 18 (Transferable)
- Preference: Keralite candidates (Male/Female)
