Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen team in preparing high-quality hand-crafted burgers and fries.
• Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Oversee inventory management and maintain stock levels of ingredients.
• Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and specials.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in fast-casual kitchens, specifically focusing on burgers and fries.
• Strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of food safety practices.
• Passionate about food with a keen attention to detail and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
