We are looking for an experienced Draftsman and BOQ Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) and experience with BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation. Responsibilities:
- Prepare BOQ including price, specifications, and detailed quantities for office furniture and interior designs.
- Use AutoCAD to create 2D and 3D layouts for ceiling, flooring, sections, elevations, lighting, electrical, firefighting, and power systems.
- Develop detailed space plans and furniture installation drawings.
- Check and review plans for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare assembly and detailed drawings based on provided instructions and specifications.
- Perform calculations necessary for developing drawings and ensuring proper design.
- Strong graphics skills and 3D rendering abilities will be a plus.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as a draftsman with expertise in AutoCAD (both 2D & 3D).
- Skills:
- Ability to prepare BOQ and ensure accuracy in pricing and specifications.
- Solid knowledge of layout planning for various systems (lighting, electrical, firefighting, etc.).
- Graphic design and 3D rendering skills are an advantage.
- Residency: Must have valid Kuwait residency.
- Other: Attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure.
