Responsibilities

As a Courier Rider or Courier Driver, your responsibilities will include:

For Courier Riders:

• Deliver Shipments: Transport goods to customers on your motorbike. Ensure that deliveries are completed on time and with care.
• Maintain Vehicle: Ensure that your motorbike is well-maintained and in good working order. We will cover the costs of fuel and maintenance for your bike.
• Efficient Route Planning: Use GPS or local knowledge to plan the best delivery routes, ensuring timely deliveries and minimizing delays.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and ensure they are satisfied with the service.
• Handle Parcels Safely: Make sure the parcels are safely secured during transportation and handed over to the recipient in good condition.

For Courier Drivers:

• Complete Deliveries: Drive your own car to transport parcels and ensure timely and safe delivery to customers.
• Manage Shipments: Track your shipments and make sure that the items are delivered according to the correct schedule.
• Customer Service: Communicate clearly and politely with customers during the delivery process, confirming delivery details and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure your car is well-maintained and ready for deliveries. This includes checking the vehicle’s condition before and after each shift.

Qualifications

To be considered for either the Courier Rider or Courier Driver position, you must meet the following criteria:

For Courier Riders:
