Introduction to the Job
As a Valet Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for safely parking and retrieving guests’ vehicles, offering them a top-quality experience from the moment they arrive at the hotel. You will also be expected to maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service to all guests. This position is for local candidates only.
Responsibilities
- Vehicle Parking and Retrieval:
- Greet hotel guests and assist with parking their vehicles in designated areas.
- Retrieve vehicles promptly when requested, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Safely handle guest vehicles with great care and attention.
- Customer Service:
- Provide a courteous and professional experience for all guests.
- Assist guests with luggage or any other needs as required.
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude when interacting with customers.
- Vehicle Maintenance:
- Keep the parking area clean and organized.
- Conduct minor vehicle checks (e.g., tire pressure, lights) as required.
