We are seeking skilled and experienced Senior Resident Doctors to join our medical team in Manama. These positions require doctors who are committed to providing high-quality care, mentoring junior staff, and managing clinical responsibilities. You will be part of a dynamic healthcare environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced medical care and treatment in your specialty (Plastic Surgery, Paediatric Surgery, or Emergency Medicine).
• Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and residents.
• Assist in managing patient care, including emergency cases and surgical procedures.
• Participate in hospital rounds and case discussions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and provide regular updates to senior consultants.
• Ensure compliance with medical protocols, safety, and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Education: MD or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience: At least 5 years of work experience post-qualification in the relevant specialty.
• Skills: Strong clinical and diagnostic skills, with the ability to manage complex cases.
• Language: Good command of English (both written and spoken).
• Licensing: Must have the required medical licensure to practice in Bahrain or be eligible to obtain it.
