Job Overview
As a Coffee & Tea Maker, your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea drinks to our customers. You will work as part of a small, dynamic team in a food truck located in the busy Muharraq area. Responsibilities
Your day-to-day tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Preparing Coffee and Tea:
- Brew high-quality coffee and tea drinks according to customer preferences.
- Ensure the quality and taste of beverages meet the established standards.
- Learn and adapt to new drink recipes and customer requests.
- Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders in a friendly and professional manner.
- Serve beverages with a smile and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints in a calm and professional way.
- Maintaining the Food Truck:
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies.
- Maintain equipment like coffee machines and tea kettles, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Ensure that all health and safety standards are followed in the preparation and handling of drinks.
- Stock Management:
- Monitor beverage stock levels and inform the supervisor when supplies are running low.
- Assist in the ordering and receiving of ingredients as needed.

Qualifications
