Job Introduction

As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests visiting our spa, setting the tone for their experience. You’ll assist with booking appointments, answering queries, and providing excellent customer service. Job Responsibilities

  • Greet Guests Warmly: Welcome every guest with a friendly attitude, creating a positive first impression and ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently handle booking requests and schedule spa appointments to maximize service efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Handle Guest Inquiries: Respond to guest questions about services, prices, and policies, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Assist with Check-In and Check-Out: Manage the check-in and check-out process for spa visitors, ensuring smooth transitions and excellent customer experience.
  • Support Spa Operations: Coordinate with spa therapists and other staff to ensure timely service, assisting with tasks to maintain a well-functioning reception area.
  • Manage Administrative Tasks: Keep records of appointments, manage the spa’s booking system, and perform light administrative duties as needed.
  • Maintain Reception Area: Ensure the spa’s reception area is tidy, organized, and ready to welcome guests at all times.

Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a reception role, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting, is an advantage.
  • Professional Appearance: Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance, as this role represents the face of the spa.
