Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Management: Develop, design, and curate content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) to showcase properties, market trends, and client stories.
- Social Media Strategy: Plan and execute social media campaigns that align with business goals to improve visibility and engagement.
- Community Engagement: Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries quickly to build a strong online presence and foster positive relationships.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track the success of campaigns, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure social media activities support larger marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing, ideally in the real estate or similar industries.
- Strong communication, writing, and editing skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
