Responsibilities
As a Senior Planner, your primary responsibility will be to ensure effective planning and control of projects, from initial engineering to commissioning. Key duties include:
Project Planning
- Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules for engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
- Work closely with the project management team to ensure that project timelines are adhered to and project goals are met.
Project Control and Monitoring
- Implement and monitor project control processes, ensuring that all aspects of the project are on track and in line with the expected delivery timeline.
- Use P6 (Primavera) project software to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and adjust schedules accordingly.
Reporting and Documentation

- Maintain accurate documentation of all project-related plans, schedules, and updates for internal and client review.
Collaboration and Coordination
- Work closely with various departments (engineering, procurement, construction) to ensure project milestones are met.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure resources are available and aligned with project timelines.
Risk Management
- Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays and cost overruns.

Qualifications
