Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Assist with daily office tasks, including managing schedules, correspondence, and filing.
- Accounting Duties: Utilize Tally for basic accounting functions and maintain financial records.
- Data Management: Prepare and analyze reports using Excel to support decision-making processes.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Communication: Effectively communicate both in writing and verbally with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Proficiency in Tally and strong knowledge of Excel are essential.
- Communication: Excellent analytical skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Team Player: Ability to work well within a team-oriented environment.
