We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive female Secretary/Accounts professional to join our team in Amwaj. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of experience and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our organization’s success.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Assist with daily office tasks, including managing schedules, correspondence, and filing.
  • Accounting Duties: Utilize Tally for basic accounting functions and maintain financial records.
  • Data Management: Prepare and analyze reports using Excel to support decision-making processes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate both in writing and verbally with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Tally and strong knowledge of Excel are essential.
  • Communication: Excellent analytical skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well within a team-oriented environment.
