Responsibilities:
- Office Assistant:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Handle documentation for LMRA, GOSI, and SIJILAT.
- Schedule appointments and organize meetings effectively.
- Maintain an organized filing system and ensure office supplies are available.
- Accountant:
- Prepare and manage financial records and reports accurately.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Support audits and prepare necessary documentation.
Qualifications:
- For Office Assistant:
- Proven experience in a similar role, especially with LMRA, GOSI, and SIJILAT regulations.
- For Accountant:
- A degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate well with a team.
