Responsibilities

- Reservation Management: Handle reservations and manage the seating plan efficiently.
- Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries and maintain a waitlist when necessary.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with dining staff to ensure seamless operations during service.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a hostess or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy restaurant environment.
- Location Preference: Only candidates from the Philippines will be considered for this position.
