Responsibilities
As a Purchaser in our Interior Decoration team, your duties will include:
- Procurement of Materials:
- Research and source materials required for construction, fit-out, and interior decoration projects.
- Negotiate with suppliers to get the best prices while maintaining high-quality standards for materials.
- Create detailed cost estimates for various materials, ensuring accurate budgeting.
- Cost Management:
- Monitor and control material costs to stay within the project budget.
- Update cost estimates regularly, adjusting for changes in material prices.
- Vendor and Supplier Relations:
- Establish and maintain relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery times.
- Inventory Management:
- Ensure that there is adequate inventory for ongoing projects.
- Keep track of materials and supplies, ensuring timely deliveries to meet project deadlines.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of all purchases, contracts, and material specifications.

Qualifications
