Job Overview

As the Operations and Sales Manager, you will oversee sales data management, drive sales initiatives, and ensure the efficient operation of our cleaning services. Your entrepreneurial mindset and strong leadership skills will be crucial in leading our team to success.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Data Management:
  • Analyze and report sales data and campaign results to optimize performance.
  • Forecast sales goals based on historical data and market indicators.
• Team Communication:
  • Share news and successes within the team to boost morale and motivation.
  • Organize and maintain sales materials for easy access by team members.
• Compensation and Incentives:
  • Manage sales representative compensation plans and incentives to drive performance.
• Leadership:
  • Develop an organized and efficient weekly cleaning schedule for staff.
  • Address and resolve complaints or issues raised by team members during cleanings.
• Operational Oversight:
  • Ensure cleaning staff complete their tasks on time and meet quality standards.
  • Make timely decisions and manage time effectively to enhance operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a cleaning company.
• A valid GCC driving license is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience in janitorial and cleaning service management.
