We are urgently seeking an Office Assistant and an Accountant to join our team in Manama. If you have the relevant experience and can start immediately, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Office Assistant:
    • Manage administrative tasks and support daily office operations.
    • Handle documentation related to LMRA, GOSI, and SIJILAT.
    • Assist in scheduling appointments and organizing meetings.
    • Maintain filing systems and ensure office supplies are stocked.
  • Accountant:
    • Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.
    • Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
    • Provide support during audits and prepare necessary documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Assistant, particularly with LMRA, GOSI, and SIJILAT regulations.
  • For the Accountant position, a degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
