Qualifications
To be considered for the HR Manager position, you must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in a senior HR management role, preferably with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.
- Experience handling document clearance, immigration procedures, and national affairs (including LMRA, Sijilat, GOSI, and other labor regulations) is a must.
- Education:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in HR practices, labor law, or business management are highly desirable.
- Skills:
