We are seeking a compassionate and experienced live-in caregiver to assist a female stroke patient with her daily needs. This is a full-time position, and we are looking for someone who has experience specifically caring for stroke patients. The ideal candidate will be patient, caring, and understanding, with a background in providing personal care and health monitoring for individuals recovering from a stroke.

This position is for local transfer only, so we are looking for candidates who are already residing in Bahrain.


Key Responsibilities

As a Live-in Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing the following care and support:

  1. Personal Care:
    • Assist the patient with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
    • Help the patient with mobility, including assisting with walking or transferring in and out of bed, wheelchair, or chair.
    • Administer prescribed medications and ensure the patient’s health needs are met according to medical instructions.
  2. Health Monitoring:
    • Monitor the patient’s health condition, including blood pressure, temperature, and overall well-being.
    • Keep detailed records of the patient’s condition, including changes in symptoms, mobility, or cognitive abilities, and report them to healthcare providers as needed.
    • Help with physical therapy exercises prescribed by doctors or therapists, ensuring they are performed correctly and safely.
  3. Meal Preparation:
    • Prepare nutritious meals according to the patient’s dietary needs or restrictions, ensuring they are healthy, well-balanced, and easy to eat.
    • Assist with feeding if necessary, ensuring that the patient’s nutritional needs are met throughout the day.
  4. Companionship and Emotional Support:
    • Provide emotional support and companionship, helping the patient feel comfortable and cared for.
    • Engage in light conversations and activities to maintain a positive environment and help alleviate feelings of isolation or depression.

    • Perform basic household chores, such as light cleaning, washing dishes, and laundry, to maintain a clean and comfortable living space for the patient.

Qualifications
