Introduction of the Job

We are urgently seeking a Camp Boss to oversee the management and operations of a large labor accommodation that houses more than 100 workers in Manama, Bahrain. Responsibilities

As the Camp Boss, your main duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Accommodation Oversight: Ensure all workers have access to clean, safe, and well-maintained living conditions. Manage room assignments and monitor overall hygiene standards in the camp.
  • Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure environment for all camp residents. Ensure that all workers comply with safety rules and report any potential hazards immediately. Work closely with security staff to prevent unauthorized access and incidents.
  • Daily Operations: Coordinate daily camp operations, such as meal schedules, maintenance, and sanitation tasks. Monitor and manage supplies (e.g., food, cleaning materials) to ensure there is no shortage.
  • Health and Well-being: Ensure the camp meets health and safety standards. Address any medical emergencies or issues and maintain records of workers’ health and well-being. Organize recreational activities and other leisure options to keep the workers engaged and healthy.
