We are a well-known interior design company in Tubli, Bahrain, seeking an experienced Site Supervisor. If you have a background in interior design, fit-out works, and construction coordination, we would love to have you join our team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations at project sites.
• Coordinate and schedule work tasks for the team to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Ensure that all work complies with safety standards and company policies.
• Supervise interior, finishing, and fit-out works such as flooring, gypsum, painting, and plumbing.
• Report progress to project managers and handle any site issues that arise.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in site supervision, especially in interior, finishing, and fit-out works.
• Must have a valid Bahraini driving license.
• Experience in light civil works, electrical, plumbing, and other related tasks is essential.
• Preferably available locally in Bahrain.
