Responsibilities
As an HR Officer, your responsibilities will include:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Coordinating the recruitment process, including advertising job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
- Ensuring the timely completion of new employee onboarding activities, including orientation, training, and compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Maintaining accurate employee records, including personal data, job titles, and employment history.
- Employee Relations:
- Handling employee queries and concerns related to HR policies, procedures, and company rules.
- Managing disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution as per company policy and local labor regulations.
- Promoting a positive work environment and fostering strong employee relationships and engagement.
- HR Administration:

- Assisting in updating HR policies, procedures, and handbooks as per local labor laws and company standards.
- Ensuring compliance with Bahrain labor laws and regulations, including health and safety, working conditions, and workplace rights.
- Training and Development:
- Coordinating and supporting training programs, workshops, and professional development initiatives.
- Ensuring training materials are updated, effective, and aligned with company goals.
- Tracking employee participation in training programs and providing feedback on performance and engagement.
- Employee Engagement and Well-being:
- Assisting in planning employee engagement initiatives such as company events, team-building activities, and wellness programs.

Qualifications
- Educational Background: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in HR or a similar role in Bahrain.
