Responsibilities
As an HR Professional with expertise in LMRA, Tamkeen, payroll, and HR-related work, you will have the following responsibilities:
- LMRA and Tamkeen Compliance:
- Ensure all employee documentation is in compliance with the LMRA (Labor Market Regulatory Authority) and Tamkeen requirements.
- Handle work permits and residency visa applications for employees.
- Ensure that all labor regulations are met and that the company complies with all Bahraini employment laws.
- Payroll Administration:
- Process employee payroll on time, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations, deductions, and overtime.
- Keep track of leave balances, benefits, and other payroll-related adjustments.

Qualifications

- Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in an HR role with a focus on LMRA and Tamkeen processes.
- Strong background in payroll management and Bahraini labor law.
