Responsibilities

Administrative Duties

  • Office Operations:
  • Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing appointments to ensure smooth office functions.
  • Organizing office supplies, maintaining inventory, and keeping the workspace neat and efficient.
  • Handling general administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling meetings, and managing paperwork.
  • Filing and organizing documents and records accurately to ensure easy retrieval when needed.
  • Collaborating with team members to assist in ongoing projects, support operational tasks, and track important information.
  • Document Management:
  • Preparing reports and presentations for meetings and business purposes.

Photography and Videography Duties

  • Visual Content Creation:
  • Capture high-quality photos and videos for company events, promotions, and marketing materials.
  • Edit and enhance visual content using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro) to produce professional-quality content.
  • Develop creative visuals for social media, marketing materials, and website content.

  • Equipment and Content Organization:
  • Maintain and organize photography and videography equipment to ensure functionality and readiness for projects.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role. Photography and videography experience is highly preferred.
