Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
- Office Operations:
- Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing appointments to ensure smooth office functions.
- Organizing office supplies, maintaining inventory, and keeping the workspace neat and efficient.
- Handling general administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling meetings, and managing paperwork.
- Filing and organizing documents and records accurately to ensure easy retrieval when needed.
- Collaborating with team members to assist in ongoing projects, support operational tasks, and track important information.
- Document Management:
- Preparing reports and presentations for meetings and business purposes.
- Managing databases, keeping track of important information, and providing assistance in tracking deadlines.
Photography and Videography Duties
- Visual Content Creation:
- Capture high-quality photos and videos for company events, promotions, and marketing materials.
- Edit and enhance visual content using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro) to produce professional-quality content.
- Develop creative visuals for social media, marketing materials, and website content.
- Ensure all created content is aligned with the company’s branding guidelines and overall messaging strategy.
- Equipment and Content Organization:
- Maintain and organize photography and videography equipment to ensure functionality and readiness for projects.
- Coordinate with the team to deliver visual content within deadlines and adhere to the content schedule.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role. Photography and videography experience is highly preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle office administration tasks while producing creative content.
- Proficient in photography and videography with a solid understanding of techniques and equipment.
- Skilled in editing photos and videos using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
