As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing digital campaigns across multiple platforms. You will work closely with our team to create engaging content and develop strategies that boost brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate leads. We’re looking for a female candidate who is comfortable creating engaging videos for TikTok and Instagram to promote our brand.

Responsibilities

• Create and Manage Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media, email, and display ads.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to showcase our services.
• Website Optimization: Enhance website content for better user engagement and SEO performance.
• Data-Driven Analysis: Track marketing performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) and adjust campaigns for optimal results.
• Trend Identification: Identify trends in the market to enhance our strategies and marketing spend.
• Collaborate and Innovate: Work with the team to brainstorm and implement innovative digital marketing strategies.
• Content Calendar: Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar to ensure a consistent digital presence.
• Competitor Research: Research competitor marketing strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
• Skills: Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies.
• Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics and social media analytics tools.
• Creativity: Excellent communication, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Market Knowledge: Knowledge of the Bahrain market is a plus.
