Job Overview

As a Civil Foreman, you will play a key role in overseeing construction projects from start to finish. Your leadership and expertise will ensure that work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Coordinate and manage construction teams to ensure effective workflow.
• Monitor progress and report on project status to management.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards at all times.
• Solve any issues that arise during construction and make decisions to keep the project on track.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil construction, particularly in the GCC region.
• Proven experience as a foreman or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively manage teams and interact with clients.
