We are a reputable bakery and café in Manama looking to hire two positions: an experienced Barista and an Assistant Bakery. If you are passionate about coffee and baking, and have the required skills, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

Barista:

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized coffee station.
• Provide excellent customer service while ensuring a pleasant café experience.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of every drink.

Assistant Bakery:

• Assist the bakery chefs with daily baking tasks.
• Help with the preparation of dough, pastries, and other baked goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area.
• Support the team in producing high-quality products.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Barista.
• Experience in a bakery or kitchen setting is a plus for the Assistant Bakery role.
• Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for coffee and baking.
