We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Riffa. If you have a solid background in civil engineering and experience in quantity surveying, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Cost Management: Prepare and oversee project cost estimates and budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
• Feasibility Studies: Conduct studies to assess project viability and identify potential risks.
• Project Monitoring: Track project progress and ensure all activities comply with contracts and regulations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate project cost assessments.
• Tender Preparation: Create tender documents and review contractor bids to ensure the best value for the project.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying.
• Location: Must currently reside in Bahrain.
• Skills: Strong analytical abilities and excellent numerical skills.
