Job Overview
As the Head Chef, you will play a vital role in developing a unique and enticing Lebanese menu while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Create and implement an innovative Lebanese menu, ensuring the quality of all ingredients used while adhering to health standards.
- Kitchen Management: Oversee daily kitchen operations, manage the cooking team, and assign tasks to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Supply Management: Select reliable suppliers and maintain consistent availability of necessary ingredients, while monitoring costs and minimizing waste.
