We are currently seeking a motivated male candidate (preferably Indian) to join our team as an Office Administrator and Accountant at a building materials company in Salmabad, Bahrain. This is a temporary position for 3 months, offering a great opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Assist in daily office tasks, including managing correspondence and organizing files.
  • Accounts Management: Handle basic accounting functions such as invoicing, bookkeeping, and maintaining financial records.
  • Data Entry: Input data into our systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Address inquiries and provide support to clients and suppliers.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in office administration or accounts is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Visa Status: Candidates with a Flexi Visa, Work Visa, or Expired Work Visa can apply. We can assist with visa renewal if it has expired. Visit visas will not be accepted.
