A leading Developer & Property Management Company in the Kingdom of Bahrain is currently seeking an experienced Cleaning & Housekeeping Supervisor to join their team. This position is ideal for individuals with extensive experience in housekeeping and cleaning management, particularly in hotel or property management environments.
Introduction to the Job
As a Cleaning & Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of cleaning and housekeeping staff in various properties, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. You will be responsible for training, managing, and motivating the housekeeping team while also addressing customer requests and complaints. This role requires a hands-on approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks, along with strong leadership skills to manage and develop your team.
Responsibilities
- Team Supervision and Training:
- Train housekeepers on daily cleaning tasks and proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Oversee daily operations, including staff briefings, to ensure smooth task execution.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, motivating them to maintain high standards of performance.
- Quality Control and Inspections:
- Perform routine checks of apartments, common areas, staircases, lounges, and other premises to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
- Inspect completed tasks to ensure they meet cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Scheduling and Staff Management:
- Schedule shifts for housekeepers and ensure sufficient staffing at all times.
- Manage replacements for absent staff, ensuring no disruptions in daily cleaning operations.
- Inventory and Stock Management:
