2. Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development & Sales professional, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Identifying Business Opportunities: Research and identify new business prospects by exploring markets, building relationships, and understanding client needs to generate sales opportunities.
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and fostering loyalty.

- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. A relevant diploma or certification can also be considered.
- Experience: At least 3-4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a similar industry. Previous experience in generating leads, developing sales strategies, and client relationship management is essential.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with CRM software to manage sales pipelines and customer interactions.
