A leading cleaning company in Doha is urgently seeking an experienced Arabic PRO / Mandoob. The ideal candidate should have 5 years of experience in handling Government E-Services and be familiar with the local processes. We are looking for Eritrean or Sudanese nationals. Applicants must have a Qatari driving license, basic computer knowledge, and a transferable visa.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all government-related documentation and processes, including renewals, permits, and clearances.
  • Act as the company’s representative for government dealings and official paperwork.
  • Coordinate and ensure timely completion of tasks required by government authorities.
  • Ensure that all necessary documents are prepared and submitted accurately.
  • Provide guidance on compliance with local regulations and update the company on relevant changes.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in handling Government E-Services in Qatar.
  • Qatari driving license is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of computer applications and office software.
  • Experience in working with various government agencies.
  • Preferably Eritrean or Sudanese nationality.
  • Transferable visa is required.
